    As you can see by the above bullet list and the red disclaimer there is not much to review about this product unless you buy the darn thing.  There is no guarantee because of their closed software feature.

    Now if you are a programmer or know a programmer this could be a benefit as you can customize everything.  It certainly must mean that you would not mind upgrading the database and operating system occasionally when the time comes to migrate to a new computer, and you are probably not an amateur when it comes to backups and virus protection.  If this paragraph scares you then you definitely do not want to purchase this product.

    On the brighter side, there is a command button on the reports menu that allows you to set up your system to automatically upload an availability calendar to Webervations.  They are a mixed mode company that we also show in our comparison chart.  InnReserve does not support downloading reservations from Webervations though and if a lot of your customers come from online reservations, then you will have to re-enter all the reservation data into your system by hand.

    Again, if you are a programmer, you can probably program in upload and download features to any fixed mode venders out there, so this should not be a problem.

    This leads me to my conclusion and it will make this article very short.  If you like programming, and you like having complete control, then this is the program for you.  I do not believe there are any other open source programs available. This program has been around forever so their bugs have been worked out.

    If you are not that comfortable with programming or operating systems, then stay away from this one because there are a lot better Windows Only systems out there with many more features already built in.
